Step 2: On white cardstock, use Sponge Daubers to apply Radiant Neon ink in various colors for a variety of arrows (provided on stencil of choice). Fussy cut arrows and set aside.

Step 3: On small piece of white cardstock, stamp sentiment using Electric Blue neon ink.

Step 4: Spray sentiment panel with Fireworks! Dandelion and use a Sponge Dauber to apply Electric Yellow ink to the edges. Also spray on to larger white cardstock panel.

Step 5: Apply Electric Blue ink to edges of large white cardstock panel with a Sponge Dauber.  Also use Sponge Dauber to create Electric Green ‘polka dots’ by dabbing dauber directly on to ink pad, and dotting on cardstock panel.
