Bonjour – Creative Medium Effects
I love the effect of Creative Medium on dark cardstock and today I am going to share this technique with everyone. Along with how highlighting your titles with the Kaleidacolor Rainbow Inkpad makes it pop off the page. A simple project but, the end result is simply stunning!
Time: 30 min + dry time
Take your Creative Medium Gold Metallic and a rose stencil by Heidi Swapp to create a dimensional background. Then let the cardstock dry for half an hour before cutting it to size.
Once all the inks are completely dry, take your precut title and wet it with your watercolor brush pen as shown in the first photo.
After wetting the precut title instantly press the Kaleidacolor Rainbow Inkpad onto the title piece to add color.
To add some additional dimension to the card stamp your sentiment directly onto white vellum paper.
To finish the project off, I added the Monterey pine leaf embellishment which I inked in green from the Kaleidacolor rainbow pad to match my title for a perfect finish!
