If I Only Had a Heart

If I Only Had a Heart

One of my all time favorite movies is, The Wizard of Oz! It is hard to pick just one favorite character, but I would say mine would have to be the Tin Man! I remember watching this classic when I was a kid and then putting on my own play in the backyard. Yes, I even made all the costumes by hand at the age of 10, and those were the good ole days.

  • Difficulty Level: Intermediate
  • Time: 30 minutes

Step 1:  Ink your 3D embossing folder using StazOn Stone Gray ink pad.

Step 2:  Place white cardstock into the folder and run it through your die cutting machine.

Step 3:  This technique is called letter pressing, you are pressing the ink from the folder directly onto the cardstock; it will give it a subtle look and will be debossed. Take the StazOn Stone Gray ink pad and brush it gently over the raised areas on the cardstock. This will give a darker more distinct look.

Step 4:  Die cut three hearts out of red cardstock and assemble your card.
