I love Dina Wakley’s and Jane Davenport’s cool mixed media and feminine style. Usually, I take the extra time to make master boards to create mood, work with layers and layers of ink and craft products to create a mixed media design. But, today I decided to keep it simple. You can still make an artsy, grungy, quick card for any occasion without having pull out all your art supplies. This card can be completed with only a few simple steps.
Skill: Beginner
Time: 20 minutes
Directions

Step 1
Stamp with the Dina Wakley Grunge Silhouette with Memento Luxe Teal Zeal ink and heat set. Since the stamp design itself includes the text, it gives the appearance that I did more work here.

Step 2
Stamp the hand script stamp with VersaMark ink and emboss with Imagine’s Candy Red Embossing powder and melt with a heat tool.

Step 3
Apply Jane Davenport Washi tape as desired (paint swatch spots in the above image). Ink the edges of the panel using Memento Luxe Teal Zeal. Use Tear It Tape to attach the panel to a blank white card base and you have completed a great looking card!
