For both kids and kids-at-heart, waiting for a trip, holiday, or other event can be frustrating when it’s so very far away. In my version, the classic paper chain gets an upgrade with color-coded links, embossed event markers, and multiple points along the way to celebrate leading up to my big trip a few months from now. Whether you choose to get the family involved in making it or surprise someone with it, the big fun comes from taking it apart until you’re just down to a single link!
