You Are Beautiful shaker card by Nadine Carlier IC

Have you tried the new StazOn Pigment Inks yet? They are amazing and work great to stamp on plastics like acetate for shaker cards. I also used it to stamp on Imagines Vertigo to make some pretty butterflies.
To see how I created my shaker card watch my video below. Enjoy!

Learn How To Make A Raindrop Theme Shaker Card

by Jennifer Vanderbeek

Learn How To Make A Raindrop Theme Shaker Card

I love a versatile tool and the Dewlet die is just that. The perfect little (but not too little) teardrop for petals, leaves, raindrops, balloons, and whatever else you think of. In this card, I’ve used the die as a stencil to draw out a pattern as well as a die to cut out shapes in that pattern. And that simple repeating pattern gets jazzed up with pen detailing, glitter, and a couple of shaker windows, too.

If you get the blues being away from friends and family, this is a sweet card to say how much you miss them. Change up the color scheme or sentiment, though, and it could easily be a baby or wedding shower card. Add some flowers and you’ve got an April Showers card. All from a simple repeating background and a few well-chosen embellishments.

Chills & Thrills Halloween Shaker Card

by Nadine Carlier

Halloween Shaker Card by Nadine Carlier IC main

I love shaker cards but I really don’t make them all that often. I was looking around my craft room and found some googly eyes and thought those would be fun in a shaker card. Plus I was thinking this months color, Sangria would make a really cool eery sky.
Watch my video below to see how I used Delicata, VersaColor and Sheer Shimmer Spitz to create my eery sky and how I put together my shaker card.  Enjoy!
