Adding just a pop of color added to a black and white project can be very dramatic. When you use Rinea Foil Paper as that pop of color, it not only adds drama, it adds a level of elegance as well. Black cardstock, Snowflake StazOn Pigment ink and Rinea Foiled paper are the perfect combination for drama and elegance!

When creative inspiration hits me, I am usually creating layers of mixed media designs on frames or cards. But today, I decided to go a different route. Here is my attempt at a clean and simple Thinking of You card. I love using a mix of Tsukineko inks to create a watercolor effect. They are pigment-rich and blend like a dream. See how I made this card!
Today, I share a very simple and fun technique using the irRESISTible Pico Embellisher in a new way. Importantly, I show you how to use StazOn Pigment ink over the Pico since StazOn is perfect on slick surfaces. Finally, I use a beautiful fairy stamp as a silhouette to finish our card project.
It has been such a long time since I have done a scrapbook layout. I really miss doing them! I used several different Imagine products to create the background for my layout; Creative Medium, Fireworks, Delicata, Brilliance, VersaMagic, and StazOn Pigment Ink.
Watch my video below for details on how I created the background for my layout.
Have you tried the new StazOn Pigment Inks yet? They are amazing and work great to stamp on plastics like acetate for shaker cards. I also used it to stamp on Imagines Vertigo to make some pretty butterflies.
To see how I created my shaker card watch my video below. Enjoy!
