Let’s Make Two Fun Plaid Backgrounds for Spring Cards

By Nancy May

Hey y’all. We are going to make two very different fun, bright Spring plaid backgrounds. One is very controlled, precise, and clean, stamped in VersaFine Clair inks with a fun color gradient; the other is much looser and more organic, hand painted with VersaColor inks for a more painterly look.

By Nancy May –

Hey y’all. Today I am using VersaFine Clair inks in the colors Verdant and Pinecone, to see what kind of results I’ll get on a gel plate. Later I create a set of 5×7 cards using my take on a Spring color palette. I’ll do this by incorporating the color Charming Pink VersaFine Clair ink to several of the gel plate prints.

How to Faux Dip Dye to Create Valentine’s Day Goody Bag Toppers

By Nancy May

In today’s crafting tutorial, we are going to take a quick look at the faux dip dying technique we have been seeing everywhere. We will use VersaMagic Dew Drop ink pads in three analogous colors to obtain that lovely ombre.  I love this project for Valentine’s Day but really you can use it for any day, theme, and you can use the technique for a variety of projects.
