Color of the Month for November is Hunter Green

Color of the Month for November is Hunter Green. We feel this color is a perfect segway between Thanksgiving and the Christmas holiday season. We love dark rich greens inks and Tsukineko certainly has a great number of inks to choose from in this color hue. For a solid stamping ink try VersaFine in Rain Forest, VersaColor in Evergreen makes a nice blending ink with a sponge dauber and if you need a green with a bit of shine then don’t forget Delicata in Emerald Green.

Today, I am sharing a tutorial on how I use Fireworks Sprays as a watercolor to create a smooth wash background for a snowy sky. The Fireworks Sprays create a sparkly scene that creates a frosty winter sky. In addition, I show you how to use Shimmer Spray to create snowy hills.

Today, I am showing you a wonderful property of the VersaColor pigment ink! This creamy pigment ink blends so beautifully with sponge daubers. The fall colors I used today created a smooth blend that made a perfect background for a fall card. In addition, I used Fireworks spray to help tone down the background for a gorgeous shimmer frame for a shaker card.

Today I share a very simple technique using the soft Fireworks Shimmer Spray colors to create a gorgeous simple background. Using the softest of colors allows an image that’s colored on white to really pop. The additional shimmer really makes this simple card shine! I paired this technique with the adorable Waffle Flower Stamp set called Always for a gorgeous soft creation.

Adorable handmade birthday card featuring a piglet image with rainbows balloons and silver lined clouds.

Today we are sharing how to create a fun birthday card with a cute piglet image using Memento inks and Fireworks Shimmery Craft Sprays. Did you know you don’t have to have a rainbow of expensive markers or watercolors to create a gorgeous colored scene? Using common craft supplies, I color this entire card without the help of a marker. I do use some beautiful silver Rinea paper along with my favorite Imagine and Tsukineko products to make this adorable birthday card that has a lot of dimension and shine!
