How To Make an Easy and Cute Tiny Witch Hat Party Decoration

cute tiny witch hat for halloween

by Annie Collins

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I will show you how to make a small Halloween table decor or party decor for Halloween. We will construct a witch’s hat using two circles cut out from Rinea Foil to create the base of the hat and the cone, pointy top of the hat. Then we will go over how to stamp and emboss pumpkins from a Joy Clair stamp set and color in with beautiful orange and light brown inks.

This is a fun crafting project that can be finished in an easy crafternoon! Each witch hat can be decorated in a unique style or you can make them all look uniform. This project can be changed to be a kids’ craft. Be sure to use supplies that are kid-friendly.

Quick and Easy Projects: Create a Marble Effect on Paper

by LeeAnn McKinney

Greetings crafty friends! I was watching YouTube and came across this shaving cream ink marbling technique from GinaK and just had to try it. This is a quick, fun card style to make, you can use any re-inkers you have in your stash and mix/match with plain colors and beautiful metallic tones as I did here. As I say in the video, the Golden Glitz really makes this card for me. This technique can also be used on all sorts of paper crafting projects.

Since it is the fall season, I focus on a warm color palette for an Autumn leaves look and stamped the sentiment with a rich brown to compliment the yellow, orange, and gold colors. This card design is a perfect way to spend an afternoon crafting and coming up with multiple card designs with a marble look. The shaving cream can be used to make several card panels until you run out of the medium.

Beginner Guide: Kaleidacolor Ink Variety of Colors for Any Time of the Year

kaleidacolor swatching video

by LeeAnn McKinney

Greetings crafty friends! In this quick ink swatching video, I used the Waffle Flower Swatch Stamp and Die set for Kaleidacolor Ink Pads to show how these multicolor inks can be used throughout the year. These dye, water-based inkpads are a favorite of mine for fun quick backgrounds, easy stamp pad storage, keeping colors organized and the 5 colors in one ink pad make it even better.

Kaleidacolor in Baby Powder has a light pastel variety — perfect for baby shower invitations with light pinks, blues, and yellows. Kaleidacolor in Autumn Leaves and Vineyard – perfect for Fall themed cards – Halloween + Thanksgiving. My favorite for Winter Christmas Cards or Holiday Cards is Blue Breeze which is an all-blue palette giving that icy winter wonderland mood.
