StazOn Opaque Ink With BetterPress

Hello friends! This is Linh (or LV Handcrafted on all the socials). I’m back again with more BetterPress fun!  This time I’m using StazOn Opaque ink in Cotton White and Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink.  The StazOn Opaque ink is wonderful because it’s a solvent based pigment ink that you can use on dark or black cardstock. Look how bright and white that is! It works beautifully with this BetterPress plate and makes a very beautiful holiday card. 

To elevate the design a little bit, I smooshed some Delicata ink onto an acrylic block, watered it down a smidge and painted with it. I did a little partial coloring of the holly berries to add a little contrast to the design. The shimmer is subtle but beautiful and perfect for that extra special touch during the holidays.

Tint Your Sheer Shimmer Craft Spray

Hello friends! This is Linh (or LV Handcrafted on all the socials). Did you know you can make an unlimited number of colors of Sheer Shimmer spray?  Add a bit of shimmer and shine to your favorite colors by mixing a bit of your Dye Ink Refill with Sheer Shimmer Spray – Sparkle!  Because the Sheer Shimmer Spray is translucent, you can easily tint it with any color.  Both the shimmer spray and the dye ink refill are water-based so they mix beautifully.  Adjust how much or how little dye to control how intense or how subtle of a color you’d like.  

I like to mix up each other in small misters and spray multiple colors to create fun backgrounds!

Painting Using Sheer Shimmer Craft Sprays

Hello friends! This is Linh (or LV Handcrafted on all the socials). Here’s a fun way to use Shimmer Sprays — paint with them!  Shimmer Sprays are translucent, but the gorgeous glitter in them shine beautifully on dark card stock! I used the Sparkle Sheer Shimmer spray, which paired perfectly with the Iridescent Opaque Mboss powder.  The combination of the two add a striking, sparkle to any card!

Another Tie-Dye Technique Using Kaleidacolor

– Hello friends! This is Linh (or LV Handcrafted on all the socials). Today I have a new video up on the Imagine Crafts YouTube channel showing how to create your own Tie-dyed backgrounds! This is SO amazing! And now I want all the colors of the Kaleidacolor ink pads.  Because they already come with 5 beautiful colors, you can quickly and easily whip up these fun tie-dyed backgrounds. The pre-made color combos are amazing but you can always buy a blank Kaleidacolor ink pad and make your own color combination like my rainbow one!
