Make Wooden Stamped Christmas Tree Ornaments

Make wooden sign board style ornaments for your Christmas tree, colored with white All-Purpose ink and stamped Christmas designs with StazOn ink. Simple and easy to make.

Time: 1 Hour

Directions:

Step 1

Place 6 wooden sticks next to each other. Cut two wooden sticks a bit longer than the total width of the above six ones. Place Tear It! Tape on the two and attach on the rest and create a sign board.

Step 2

Color the sign boards with white All-Purpose Ink and both sides.

Step 3

Stamp your favorite Christmas stamps using the StazOn Black Cherry ink pad, which will dry quickly and won’t bleed on the wood.

Step 4

Distress the edges with Memento Rich Cocoa ink pad.

Step 5

Add rhinestones using the On Point Glue.

Step 6

Wrap Baker’s twine on one side and some on the top to hand the ornament.

Gather large leaves and stamp them with your favorite stamps and StazOn inks. Protect the leaves with the Creative Medium for a long lasting result. Decorate a holiday table, make an autumn wreath, add them to gift bags or to any seasonal project.

Directions:

Step 1

Gather leaves that are not completely dry. If they are not flat enough, use paper towels, spray with water and carefully press to flatten.

Step 2

Cover the leaves on both sides with Creative MEDIUM using an Ink Blusher.

Step 3

Stamp with StazOn Jet Black ink and your favorite stamp.

Step 4

Add some color by distressing lightly with StazOn Black Cherry ink pad.

Step 5

Stamp the thank you sentiment and tear the paper on all sides to make tags.

Step 6

Distress the tags with MEMENTO Rich cocoa.

How to Make Purr-fectly Fun Cat Fairy Lights

-Decorate your home with a cat themed fairy light string with stamped designs on tracing paper using StazOn inks and creating paper lamp shades. Attach the paper lamp shades on a battery powered led string and place them in any corner for the house.

Directions:

Step 1

Cut 2×5 ½ ” pieces of cad stock. Score on 2 ½ ” from each edge to the short side.

Step 2

Make an X cutting to the center of the card stock cuttings (this will be the opening that will the lights)

Step 3

Use the circle punch to create openings to one side of the card stock cuttings.

Step 4

Color with the VersaFine CLAIR Summertime ink pad and a Sponge Dauber.

Step 5

Distress with the MEMENTO Grape Jelly ink pad.

Step 6

Stamp the cat design on the tracing paper using StazOn Jet black.

Step 7

Cut along the designs, (about 2″ squares), turn to the back the tracing paper and color with StazOn Iris ink pad.

Step 8

Place Tear It! Tape in the blank side (inner side to be) of the card stock cuttings, above and below the circular opening.

Step 9

Set the tracing paper cuttings, stamped with the cat designs, to cover the circular opening and fold to attach the short edges.

Place led lights on the X opening made earlier.

Learn How to Make An Autumn Shadow Box

– Combine natural wood pieces, paper and a house shape cut from SHEET metal to capture the colors of the shadow and create a shadow box to decorate your home. Color a piece of fabric with MEMENTO inks and Fireworks! Shimmery Craft Sprays to create a background in earth color shades and place natural wood and paper leaves colored with MEMENTO Markers.

Step 1

Place Tear It! Tape on the back base of the shadow box and cover it with the cotton fabric.

Spray with the Fireworks! Shimmery Craft Spray and let them dry.

Step 3

Distress the fabric with MEMENTO Tangelo, Lady Bug and Desert Sand ink pads using Sponge Daubers. Sprinkle some drops of irRESISTible Bamboo Leaves color.

Stamp with the Blowing Leaves stamp and the StazOn Timber Brown.

Step 5

Color the leaves with MEMENTO Markers.

Step 6

Stamp leaves and color them with the MEMENTO Markers adding details with darker ones. Cut around the leaves to separate.

Stamp the Autumn sentiment with StazOn Timber Brown and cut around.

Cut a house shape using the full length of a SHEET metal postcard.

Color the SHEET metal house with StazOn Timber brown and Black Cherry ink pads and cover with the GlazOn matte.

Glue the slices of the wood on the fabric background and add the paper leaves.

Make a Beautiful Heart-Shaped Plywood Ornament

Make a distressed heart-shaped plywood ornament with Walnut Inks. Color with Memento inks for a smooth result and decorate with stamps and StazOn inks for a sharp and bleedless design.

Directions:

Step 1

Paint the plywood shape with All-Purpose White ink color. Let it dry well.

Step 2

Sprinkle drops of the Walnut Ink Eucalyptus, add very few Walnut Ink Crystals and spray with water to dilute further. Dry well.

Use a Sponge Dauber to smoothly add color with Memento Rich Cocoa and Pear Tart ink pads.

Step 4

Stamp the foliage first with the Memento Bamboo leaves and then stamp on top, slightly offsetting to the first design, with StazOn Olive Green.

Step 5

Stamp butterflies with StazOn Fuchsia pink and Royal Purple ink pads.

Add a sentiment with StazOn Jet Black.

Cut 12″ long pieces of the cotton ribbon and spay with the Walnut Inks Eucalyptus, Lilac and Cherry Blossom. Let them dry.

Make a Super Fun Birthday Party Banner

Cut some V-shape fabric pieces and decorate with large dots using MEMENTO inks and Imagine’s Jumbo Daubers. Use the Tear It! Tape to set everything in place and small round pieces of SHEET metal to add some shine and embellish this party banner.

Skill: Beginner

Time: 1 Hour

Directions:

Step 1

Lay the piece of fabric and mark two lines with 8″ apart of them. Mark the top every 6″. Leave 3″ from the same start point to the bottom line and mark again every 6″ and this will be the pointed edge of your flag. Mark the side lines in V shape and cut the flags.

Step 2

Use the Jumbo Daubers and the MEMENTO ink pads, Pear Tart, Summer Sky and Lilac Posies to make large spots just by long pressing the Jumbo Daubers on the fabric.

Step 3

Use stamps and the VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne ink pad to randomly place sentiments on the fabric.

Step 4

Cut 3×1.5in pieces of the card stock to create tags, stamp with the happy birthday stamp and the VersaFine CLAIR Nocturne ink pad and distress the edges with the MEMENTO ink pads.

Step 5

Place Tear It! Tape on the back of the tags and place them on the flags.

Step 6

Add Tear It! Tape to the top edge of the back side of the flag and fold to the size of it.

Step 7

Open holes to the flags, tie a 7″ long piece of jute cord to connect the flags and add ribbons and round SHEET metal pieces in the middle of each cord.
